1. Custom & Manufactured Products
As a furniture manufacturer, most of our products are made to order or customised to your specifications. Custom-manufactured products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced. This includes products with custom sizing, finishes, fabrics, or colours.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:
- Report the damage to us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
- Do not attempt to repair the product yourself, as this voids the warranty.
- Our team will inspect the product (on-site or via photographs) and determine the appropriate resolution.
- Eligible claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Ready-Stock Products
For standard, non-customised products purchased from ready stock:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.
- A restocking fee of 10-15% may apply.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins, with a full refund of the advance.
- Once production has started, cancellation is subject to a fee covering materials and labour already consumed.
- Completed custom orders cannot be cancelled.
5. How to File a Claim
To report damage or request a return:

- Include your name, order details, and a description of the problem.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
