4. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on order volume and customisation.
- Delivery within Raipur city is free for most orders. Outstation delivery charges apply based on distance.
- Risk of damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery and acceptance.
- The buyer must inspect goods at the time of delivery and report any transit damage immediately.
5. Warranty
- Steel Furniture: 5 to 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Soft Furniture (sofas, mattresses): 1 to 3 year warranty.
- Modular Kitchen: 5 year warranty on hardware and structure.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or natural wear and tear.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.
